Los Angeles bathrooms
Los Angeles has a huge range of homes to remodel, from mid-century houses and Spanish-style bungalows to newer builds and accessory dwelling units. Each brings its own bathroom questions. Older homes often have small baths with a window over the tub and original tile that an owner may want to echo. Newer projects and ADUs tend toward compact layouts where a walk-in shower and a wall-hung vanity make a small room feel larger.
Many LA bathrooms get bright, warm daylight. We render with that light in mind, because it changes how white tile, plaster and natural stone read.
How a Los Angeles bathroom job runs
- You send the plan, wall heights, fixture positions and the tile and fixture options.
- We confirm the views and send a written quote with a delivery date.
- You approve grey camera previews before any tile goes on.
- We send a textured draft, take your markups and deliver the final renders.
Everything is remote: email, shared folders and calls booked in Pacific time. We have no showroom in Los Angeles and don't visit homes; plans and photos are what we work from.

Questions
Can you render a small ADU bathroom?
Yes. Compact bathrooms are where renders help most, because there is little room for a wrong choice. We use a lens that shows the space honestly without stretching it.
What time zone do you use for Los Angeles clients?
We book calls in Pacific time. Everything else runs by email and shared folders.
Ask for a quote
Pricing depends on the number of views, how many options you want compared, and how many custom pieces need modeling. Each job gets its own written quote.
