Omaha bathrooms
Omaha has a mix of older homes in established neighborhoods and newer subdivisions on the edges of the metro. Remodels in older homes often turn a dated tub alcove into a walk-in shower or update a small hall bath. In newer homes, builders and buyers choose between finish packages, and renders show what each package really looks like.
Basement bathrooms are a common addition in the region. A render helps plan a basement bath with low windows or none, where the lighting plan does most of the work.
How a Omaha bathroom job runs
- You send the plan, wall heights, fixture positions and the tile and fixture options.
- We confirm the views and send a written quote with a delivery date.
- You approve grey camera previews before any tile goes on.
- We send a textured draft, take your markups and deliver the final renders.
Everything is remote: email, shared folders and calls booked in Central time. We have no showroom in Omaha and don't visit homes; plans and photos are what we work from.

Pricing depends on the number of views, how many options you want compared, and how many custom pieces need modeling. Each job gets its own written quote.
