Starting from the room you have
For a remodel we build the room as it is: walls, window, door, ceiling height and any slope or soffit that stays. Measurements and a few photos from the doorway and each corner are enough. Then we apply the new design. If you send a photo from a particular spot, we match that camera so the before and after line up.
What a remodel render can show
Layout changes
A tub swapped for a walk-in shower, a vanity moved to a new wall.
Tile
Walls and floor in the chosen sizes, layouts and grout color.
Fixtures
Vanity, faucets, shower trim, mirror, lighting and glass.
What we check
We flag anything that looks like it won't fit or work, such as a door swing hitting a vanity, a niche on a wall that holds plumbing, or a shower without room for its glass door to open. Your remodeler makes the final call.
Questions
Do you need a measured drawing?
A hand sketch with measurements of each wall, the ceiling height and the window and door positions is enough.
Can you show the old and new side by side?
Yes. Send a photo from the angle you want and we render the new design from the same position.
Choosing tile and fixtures? Send the floor plan, the wall heights and the options you are weighing.
